Stress in the mind can weigh heavily on your ability to heal.

Neurological structures such as the Autonomic Nervous system and Endocrine system hold stress when the body is not functioning properly. 

The key to healing within the brain is the parasympathetic nervous system. This is the place of healing and repairing our body. 

When in balance you will regain clarity and motivation in your life.

70% of your immunity is in the GI track. The mind and the gut are heavily connected together. You can't just repair the gut microbiome, you must look at both systems. 

EBV or Epstein-barr virus has been linked to autoimmune disease, cancers, mystery illnesses in the medical field. It can lay dormant in your body for many years, even decades. Heavy stress in the body can activate this virus and compromise the thyroid and even cross your brain barrier causing havoc on your health.  

If there's stress in the mind, your GI system won't work properly. You will end up having more toxicity and inflammation in your system. 

I work with clients with many different types of physical problems and we navigate the root of it.
