Complete Forms 

To maximize the best roadmap personalized to you, forms will be sent to you via email. These forms will include all areas of life and wellbeing so we can maximize our time together. 

First Session Root-Cause: 

This session will include an overview of how the mind-body-spirit works together, along with your emotional themes, nutrition evaluation, belief systems and spiritual blocks. Amber will outline a plan of healing with you, what is required to heal and introduce you to tools and therapies that are beneficial to you. 

4 (60 minute) Follow up sessions:

Sessions are either Nutrition focused or Energy Psychology and/or shamanic techniques. Getting you to where you need to be, depends upon your goals, how much trauma you carry and how strong your auric field is. 

After our five sessions together, 

We will access your healing progress and the level of healing you may still need. 

Nutrition and Energy Psychology focused Sessions:

Amber uses natural diet, lifestyle changes and supplements to support your overall wellbeing. 

She is trained as a Certified Health Coach from Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a Crystal Reiki Master, Usui Reiki Master and Shamanic Practitioner. She is also a medium which can help with ancestral healing. 

Amber uses her intuition, kinesiology muscle testing, hypnosis to uncover the messages of your subconscious so you can heal.
