In this part of the mentorship we dive into:
- Nutrition and how to find the right diet that DOES work in alignment to your unique needs.
- We dive into HEALING YOUR GUT. Yes, leaky gut my friend! If you have a chronic dis-ease or autoimmune disease, chances are high, you are experiencing leaky gut. Good news, often when you return to an aligned diet for your body, your health and vitality usually show up too.
- We also look at the chemical and toxins in your environment and diet.
- You will also learn how to balance your hormones.

Diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2018, my personal journey has taken me through healing stuck belief patterns from childhood trauma, sexual trauma and into remission.
